What’s the difference between a ScrumMaster and a Project Manager?

My company is transitioning to Agile (specifically Scrum), we’ve only just started. Myself and the rest of the Project Managers are expected to become ScrumMasters. Can someone please explain to me the difference between ScrumMasters and Project Managers? To me it seems there’s not a lot of difference
ScrumMasters and Project Managers are subtly different roles. It’s a change in mindset so don’t be disillusioned if you struggle initially, you’re unlearning everything you’ve been doing up til now. The first thing you need to do is to take a step back, you need to get out of the command and control Project Management mentality and transition to one of a faciliator.
